Piccolo Chef is the brainchild of Tina Fanelli Moraccini and Lilian Palmieri, two mothers who promoted Italian culture together for the Italian Government for 12 years.  Their mission is to teach the art and culture of Italian and International gastronomy to children ages 3 to 17 in a fun and unique way.  In the Piccolo Chef kitchen, kids don miniature aprons, roll up their sleeves and learn to make home-made pasta, pizzas, soups, sauces and dolci that are fun and easy to make as well as delicious and nutritious.
